The Ergolab Posting Guidelines
Submitting Reviews and Comments:
When you submit a review and comment you agree that we have a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such review throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised; and (b) use the name that you submit in connection with such review. You acknowledge and agree that the review is not confidential and does not belong to anyone.

Please note that we take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Review Material posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto. We are not liable for any mistakes, defamatory statements, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter.
Moderation of Reviews:
Although we have no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any of the Review Material posted we reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion, to remove, screen or edit without notice any Review Material posted or stored on our website at any time and for any reason.
Please note that anything we consider a questionable review may be subject to moderation by us. In this regard, the posting of your Review Material can take longer whilst the review is moderated. Moderation is only done to ensure compliance with our posting guidelines and never to amend factual content. We will post positive and negative reviews as long as they meet our posting guidelines.
Sometimes we miss something. If you feel that there is any inappropriate Review Material posted on our website please report it to sales@ergolab.co.za.
Review dispute process:
We understand that you may have a legitimate objection to a review. If so, please contact us on sales@ergolab.co.za so that we can investigate your concerns about reviews posted on our website. Please report the review via email making sure you clearly identify the review in question, set out your reason for disputing the review and provide any evidence you may have in support of your objection.
Please note we do provide mechanisms for responding to reviews posted and both suggest and welcome you submitting a management response sharing your version of the story. Please note that any response must also be in line with our posting guidelines and will be considered Review Material for the purposes of this review policy.
